the MHK House

As architects, we have often been asked, "What kind of home would you design for yourself?  That answer can be complex, but all of us here at MHK Architecture have a strong desire to let our creativity be unbound.  Our vision with The MHK House is to share our creativity, passion, and real-life experiences with the design and construction of this incredible project.  While this may be the first of its kind, we also intend that it will not be the last.  

The first MHK House will be located within The Cliffs Landing, located on Lake Keowee, SC with long water and mountain views.  Not only will this project contain all of the most requested design options, but it will also push the creativity needle with experimentation of materials, mechanics, home automation and even challenge modern design standards.   

This site is dedicated to share our experiences from design through construction of this amazing home.  Once this project is complete, we look forward to sharing the space with our clients, builders and realtors, as well as our numerous partners throughout the US.
